Alexander Aslani
Dr. Alexander Aslani presides the largest specialist Plastic Surgery Center on the Costa del Sol, totally specialized to meet the specific needs of Body contouring and Facial Plastic Surgery.
Before establishing his own surgery center, from 2008 to 2018 Dr.Aslani has been Head of the Plastic Surgery Departments of both Hospital Quiron Malaga as well as Quiron Marbella.
During the last ten years he has established both departments an International Reference Center for Advanced Body contouring Surgery.
Dr. Aslani looks back at a career spanning 24 years as a surgeon and a log of more than 14000 operations.

Alfredo Hoyos
Dr. Hoyos specializes in Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Maxillofacial surgery, and Hand Surgery. He is also a medical illustrator, painter and sculptor. He invented the High Definition Liposculpture (HDL), known today as H4D LIPO, Lipo HD and Dynamic Definition at Lipoplasty (4D) as well as other advanced techniques that focus on body contouring, such as EVE Technique ( Tummy tuck and Mini Tummy tuck High Def ). He has also refined techniques in fat transfer (Buttock and Pectoral Lipograft) and breast augmentation. He continues to refine these techniques while researching and developing new applications of HD in additional anatomical regions and the field of cosmetic surgery.
Author of books and several scientific articles. Dr Hoyos has extensive experience as lecturer and trainer for different technologies.

Andre Cervantes
Dr. André Cervantes graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP), completed a residency in general surgery and plastic surgery at the Das Clinicas Hospital of the Faculty of Medicine of Riberaо Preto and at the Brigadeiro Hospital of the Unified Health System of São Paulo, and also completed a specialization in orbitopalpebral surgery in Dreifaltigkeits Krankenhaus of the University of Bonn, Germany
He is an active member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (SBCP), holds the position of Scientific Director of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery in São Paulo and is currently the National Director of the Rhytidectomy (Aesthetic Facial Surgery) Unit.
Between 2004 and 2008, he worked abroad (Indonesia and Portugal), became a member of the European Plastic Surgery Workshop (EPSW) and other international societies.
Dennis Hurwitz
Dennis J. Hurwitz, MD, FACS, is Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical School, and the director of the Hurwitz Center for Plastic Surgery. He completed his training in plastic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh in 1977, and fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery under Fernando Ortiz-Monasterio, M.D. Dr. Hurwitz founded and directed the Craniofacial Surgery program at the University of Pittsburgh in 1978. He co-founded the University of Pittsburgh Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center in 1995.
Dr. Hurwitz has authored 196 scientific papers and book chapters as well as Total Body Lift , MDPublish (2005) and Comprehensive Body Contouring: Theory and Practice, Springer.com (2016). He is a member of over 20 professional societies, including American Association of Plastic Surgeons. He was president of the Allegheny County Medical Society, the Greater Pittsburgh Plastic Surgery Society, the Ohio Valley Society for Plastic Surgery and the Robert Ivy Society.
Over the past 23 years, Dr. Hurwitz has focused his clinical research in body contouring surgery, most notably after massive weight loss. He conceived Total Body Lift surgery and has initiated new and modified existing operations, publishing on L brachioplasty, L thighplasty, Boomerang correction of gynecomastia as well as approaches to correct saddle bag deformities and the ptotic Mons Pubis. His Spiral Flap reshaping of the breasts is a recognized to manage the weight loss breast. Most recently he has developed the J Torsoplasty upper body lift that eliminates the transverse back scar. He pioneered the narrowing the waist by Oblique Flankplasty with lipoabdominoplasty (OFLA) and the integration of bipolar radiofrequency skin tightening with major body contouring surgery

Dr. Senyuva has led many domestic and international instructional courses and performed live surgeries. Recent highlights include live surgeries at the German Plastic Surgery Conference in Kassel, Germany (2016), three live surgeries at the Pukhet Plastic Surgery Institute (2016), a live face lift surgery in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (2016), and a live surgery in Linz Austria (2015).
A frequent speaker at Global Aesthetic Meetings in Miami, USA, and American-Brazilian Meetings (ABAM) in Utah, USA, and Brasil.
An active member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASPS), Société Française des Chirurgiens Esthetiques Plasticiens (SOFCEP), and ISAPS. He is a current member and a past Board Member of Turkish Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association (TPRECD).
Douglas Steinbrech
Dr. Steinbrech is a Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons under the American Board of Medical Specialties.
He has been selected as one of America’s Top Plastic Surgeons by the Consumers’ Research Council of America Surgical Training. Dr. Steinbrech underwent eight years of surgical training at New York University in General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Steinbrech has done extensive research, being lead author in ten peer-reviewed publications as well as co-author in over forty others. He has presented his research nationally at conferences including: The American College of Surgeons, The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Plastic Surgery Research Council, The Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, the New York Hand Association, The New York Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Association of Academic Surgeons. He has been awarded grants from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute and the Plastic Surgery Educational Foundation.
Dr. Steinbrech feels very strongly about the education of the next generation of Plastic Surgeons, continuing to instruct the NYU Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residents at Bellevue Hospital and the Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital Fellows.
