Payment by credit card:
You can pay for the order by credit card when placing an order in the basket.
Accepted for payment:
Visa, MasterCard, MIR

Bank transfer:
You can contact us and we will issue an invoice that can be paid via bank transfer by visiting your bank or via online banking system.
Registration Fee Refund Policy
I can't attend the event due to illness. Am I entitled to reimbursement?
Participants not able to attend the event due to their own illness, death of a family member or a close relative will be entitled to get a 100% refund of the registration fee even if they submit an application on the day of the event.
What should I do to get a refund?
No later than the date of the event you must submit an application for a refund to the organizing committee. The application must be accompanied by a copy of an electronic receipt, a copy of the passport and supporting documents (a copy of the sick leave certificate; copies of the death certificate and documents confirming the relationship).
Can I apply for a refund later?
If the participant does not have the opportunity to provide a copy of the sick leave certificate on time, he must do so within two following weeks. All other documents must be sent on time. They can be submitted in person, sent by post or via e-mail. The way the money is returned is determined by the organizing committee.
Can I be refused a refund?

Refunds may be refused if the participant submitted an application later than the established deadline or did not provide supporting documents.

I can't go to the event for other reasons. Will the money be refunded?
If the viewer refuses to attend the event for reasons not related to his illness or the death of a relative, the application and a set of documents (payment confirmation receipt, copy of the passport) must be provided at least three days before the event, otherwise no refund will be granted.
How much money can I get back?

The refund rate is governed by the legislation in force and depends on the number of days remaining before the event.

The viewer can get back:

  • 100% of the price if the refund is requested no later than 10 days before the event;
  • 50% of the price if the refund is requested no later than 5 days before the event
  • 30% – of the price if the refund is requested no later than 3 days before the event

Registration fees paid under promotions and special programs may not be refunded.

I want to reissue a personalized ticket for another person. What should I do?

Reissuance of personalized tickets can be done no later than 10 days before the start of the event based on a written application of the participant. Discount tickets can be reissued only for participans eligible for the specified benefit.

Я хочу переоформить именной билет на другого человека. Что мне делать?
Переоформление именных билетов и абонементов на другого зрителя можно сделать не позднее 10 дней до начала мероприятия на основании заявления. Льготные билеты могут быть переоформлены только на граждан, имеющих право на указанную льготу.
